Hello!
I am Ms. Chante from ECC. I am from South Africa and graduated with a bachelor’s and honors degree in Foundation Phase Education. As a teacher I strive to create a safe and fun environment for all students in the classroom. All students have different learning needs so I try to incorporate different teaching styles in my classrooms. I believe every student has the means to reach their fullest potential with the right help and support. My teaching philosophy is focused on active learning and a student-centered environment. I embrace Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development as a key pedagogical tool to ensure all students are taught content that is achievable yet challenging. The students are the future! So, we as teachers have the responsibility to shape and develop them into unique individuals full of dreams and potential. I look forward to grow together with every student at ECC.
