Hello! My name is Megan and I am from Tennessee in the United States. At university I majored in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Later, I returned to university to pursue a second degree in Sustainability Management. During university, I volunteered with Big Brother Big Sisters of America as a mentor to children, helping them realize their potential and providing encouragement for their endeavors. Prior to teaching in Korea, I taught technical support to young adults. I also taught English to

I enjoy teaching and positively influencing children’s lives. In my short time at ECC I have been welcomed to a positive learning environment with bright and energetic students, who are eager to learn. Working with the students of Mokdong ECC has solidified why I became an English language teacher. Every day I look forward to working with the students and to help them grow in their language skills. I believe language learning can help to connect us globally. I am excited for the journey with the students and look forward to see them grow in their skills. I will continue to work to provide the best education and an encouraging learning environment to my students.
