My name is Eden and I am responsible for administrating Afternoon Kindergarten program, here at ECC Daechi.
I will provide sensitive care for children's safety and contemplate about being a good teacher to the children.
There are two things that I keep in mind. First, I believe that effective learning is based on children's own will and joy, so I will try to make the class as enjoyable as I can, using various materials so that they can get close to English voluntarily. Second, kindergarten is the time which children's sociability improves, so I think it's really important time to learn abiding by rules and dealing with conflicts in friendship. I will try to be the one who helps them learn how to manage problems and conflicts rather than who prevents every problem. I will apply these thoughts to teaching but I will also understand and respect all different aspect
